Restricted geo locations and users

1. Prohibited countries
Civitia DAO does not permit access to its application from individuals located in certain jurisdictions where the use of decentralized applications may be restricted or prohibited by law. These jurisdictions may include, but are not limited to USA, UK, BVI, Canada, China, Cuba, Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myamnar, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe, Central African Republic, Ethiopia, Venezuela, Yemen, Lebanon, Algeria, Bolivia, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Bangladesh.
2. User confirmation
As a condition of using Civitia, users will be required to confirm that they do not reside in, or are not citizens of, any country or jurisdiction that is subject to comprehensive sanctions imposed by applicable laws and regulations.
3. User responsibility
By using Civitia, you confirm that you are not located in, or a resident of, any prohibited jurisdiction. If you are found to be accessing Civitia from a restricted location, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application.
4. Compliance with laws
It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Civitia complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. We encourage users to seek legal advice if they are unsure about the legality of using our services in their location.
5. Enforcement measures
Civitia requires users to confirm that they do not belong to a sanctioned or prohibited country before accessing the application.
While we do not actively block users based on geolocation at this time, we retain the right to implement such measures in the future as necessary to comply with legal obligations.
If it is determined that a user has provided false information regarding their residency or citizenship status, Civitia reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the application immediately.
